These guys deserve the highest rating possible. The food is fabulous. The best we have had yet. My husband is a Kansas City BBQ judge and he gives 9 across the board The owners are the nicest people. The pulled pork was very moist. The ribs are to die for and the brisket was melt in your mouth. The side dishes were exquisite. Make sure to come and see these guys I promise you won’t be sorry

I can’t say enough. GREAT BBQ. Nothing on the plate (as we got a big spread) was less than awesome. Good flavor, not buried in sauce, and cooked perfectly—meats and sides, everything! The owner and his wife have taken a real leap of faith to open this joint. Give them a chance, order a bunch, and get their story. You’ll be happy you did.

Really, really great. Really. 2 meat combo with beans and corn cob. The brisket is always the big test. Look at the bark in the photos. Juicy, tons of flavor, with the right smoke. And tender. The ribs are meaty and full of that bbq taste. The beans have a little habanero that gives flavor without heat. I don’t believe in one best beans because there are lots of different great beans that have different flavor. But these are in the top taste category along with other great beans. The corn on the cob is hard to describe because it’s so different from what I’ve had. I will say it’s the best corn on the cob I’ve ever had. I came to Titusville to see a rocket launch and was pleased to see that the Artemis II team ate here. My go to place from now on for when I come back for rocket launches. Keep it up Jennifer and Keith! Thanks for making me feel at home.

No frills eat in restaurant BUT delicious BBQ, pulled pork and brisket was awesome, no or little sauce required! Homemade jalapeño cheese cornbread was perfect not spicy and coleslaw was simple and not full of sugar. Others in our party had the tater tot casserole, baked beans and the mango habanero pork belly burnt ends, everything was delicious, so much so that we didn’t stop to take pictures, we were hungry! Homemade pickles had just a tiny bite of spice and were great! But we did see their pit!!!

Jennifer is so sweet and very passionate about her and her husbands food. And believe me when I say the food lives up to the hype!!!! She let us sample a bunch of things while we were eating too!! The pulled pork sandwich was amazing and the house made sauce is killer!!! My husband got the ribs! Jennifer said the ribs don’t need sauce. My husband and me LOVE saucing up all our fixins, but he looked at me after that first bite and said, “she’s right. They don’t need any sauce”. Everything was incredibly well seasoned and cooked!! The baked beans were a lil heavy on the onions for my personal tastebuds, but the flavor was amazing!! I never had a tater tot casserole but now I love tater tot casserole hahaha. This Mac n cheese is definitely somebody’s grandmothers recipe!! Everything was amazing!! You can tell everything is made from scratch!! Everything is made with so much love and seasoning. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Wishing this business endless success🩷🩷
